What does this test measure?
Designed for administrators, virtual assistants and coordinators who need to organize work across multiple people.
- Prioritisation
- Planning
- Managing dependencies
Two urgent tasks cannot both be finished today. What is the best next action?
Illustrative practice item. Not a validated assessment.
How should scores be used?
Review the skill evidence alongside a relevant work sample and structured interview. Planned reports include a raw or scaled result and, where suitable norm data is available, a percentile with its reference group and version.
Do not treat a high score as a guarantee of performance or a low score as a complete account of someone’s ability. Understand scoring and benchmarks.
What about integrity and fairness?
State the candidate’s authority and available information. A good answer should not depend on guessing the manager’s personal preferences.
Planned integrity settings include randomized items and browser-event evidence. Optional camera checks require notice and consent. The demo on this page runs locally and does not monitor you.
