Accessibility Statement
Our approach to accessible website experiences and how to request help or report a barrier.
Last updated: 1 de octubre de 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Our commitment
HireValid is operated by Recordskeeper Inc, a Delaware C-Corp. Our business mailing address is 2261 Market Street STE 86483, San Francisco, CA 94114. We aim to make the marketing website usable by people with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility supports fair participation and is part of ongoing design and maintenance.
2. Standards and scope
Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the marketing website. This is a target, not a claim that every page or the separate employer application has been independently certified. Automated checks cannot establish complete accessibility; keyboard, screen-reader and user testing are also needed.
3. Supported interaction
We work to provide semantic headings, named controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast and understandable form feedback. Interactive samples should not be the only route to understanding the service. Browser settings, zoom and reduced-motion preferences should remain usable.
4. Known limitations and third parties
Embedded challenges, external services, downloadable documents and complex assessment examples may require additional support. Accessibility can vary with browser and assistive-technology combinations. Report a specific barrier rather than assuming a failed interaction reflects your ability or suitability for a role.
5. Contact and alternative formats
Email [email protected] or use the Accessibility topic on our contact form. Tell us the page URL, task you were trying to complete, device or assistive technology if relevant, and a preferred contact method. We will acknowledge the report and work with you on a practical alternative or correction. Do not submit medical records to demonstrate a website barrier.
6. Candidate accommodations
For an employer assessment, contact the inviting employer before starting to discuss reasonable adjustments or another suitable route. The employer decides job requirements and assessment arrangements; we assist with relevant technical questions. Reporting an accessibility problem does not waive any statutory rights.
