What does this test measure?
Useful for marketing and support roles where candidates write to customers or colleagues. The planned rubric weighs clarity, accuracy, relevance and tone, with human review of AI-assisted scoring.
- Clarity
- Tone
- Structure
A delivery is delayed by two days. Which opening best informs the customer?
Illustrative practice item. Not a validated assessment.
How should scores be used?
Review the skill evidence alongside a relevant work sample and structured interview. Planned reports include a raw or scaled result and, where suitable norm data is available, a percentile with its reference group and version.
Do not treat a high score as a guarantee of performance or a low score as a complete account of someone’s ability. Understand scoring and benchmarks.
What about integrity and fairness?
Use an explicit rubric, allow reviewers to override scores and avoid treating one preferred writing style as a universal standard.
Planned integrity settings include randomized items and browser-event evidence. Optional camera checks require notice and consent. The demo on this page runs locally and does not monitor you.
