What does this test measure?
Recommended for junior analysts and operations roles handling structured data. Initial examples use code reading and screenshots; an interactive spreadsheet grid is planned for a later release.
- Conditional formulas
- Lookups
- Data summaries
Which function counts cells that meet one specified condition?
Illustrative practice item. Not a validated assessment.
How should scores be used?
Review the skill evidence alongside a relevant work sample and structured interview. Planned reports include a raw or scaled result and, where suitable norm data is available, a percentile with its reference group and version.
Do not treat a high score as a guarantee of performance or a low score as a complete account of someone’s ability. Understand scoring and benchmarks.
What about integrity and fairness?
Clarify supported formula conventions and software requirements. Desktop use is recommended for spreadsheet content.
Planned integrity settings include randomized items and browser-event evidence. Optional camera checks require notice and consent. The demo on this page runs locally and does not monitor you.

Can I use this as the only hiring decision?+
No. Combine job-relevant evidence, accommodations and a human review. The practice item is an illustration, not a validated test.
