What does this test measure?
A practical starting point for customer support, BPO and service desk hiring. Scenarios focus on listening, checking information and choosing a useful next action.
- Empathy
- Resolution
- Escalation
A customer reports being billed twice. What is the best first response?
Illustrative practice item. Not a validated assessment.
How should scores be used?
Review the skill evidence alongside a relevant work sample and structured interview. Planned reports include a raw or scaled result and, where suitable norm data is available, a percentile with its reference group and version.
Do not treat a high score as a guarantee of performance or a low score as a complete account of someone’s ability. Understand scoring and benchmarks.
What about integrity and fairness?
Service norms vary by organization. Review whether the scenario matches your policies and explain local escalation expectations in follow-up interviews.
Planned integrity settings include randomized items and browser-event evidence. Optional camera checks require notice and consent. The demo on this page runs locally and does not monitor you.
