Pause or cancel a plan

What to do

1. Open billing in your HireValid account, or contact support to cancel renewal.
2. Choose Pause if you want to retain view access within retention limits while stopping new invitations.
3. Choose cancellation if you want to end the subscription. Confirm the effective date shown in the final billing flow.
4. Manage subscriptions in your HireValid account or contact support. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains renewal, cancellation and refund requests.
