What does this test measure?
A useful complement when work involves unfamiliar systems or identifying regularities. Visual tasks offer a different perspective from a language-heavy test.
- Sequences
- Rule identification
- Deductive reasoning
A pattern repeats circle, square, triangle. Which shape is in position 8?
Illustrative practice item. Not a validated assessment.
How should scores be used?
Review the skill evidence alongside a relevant work sample and structured interview. Planned reports include a raw or scaled result and, where suitable norm data is available, a percentile with its reference group and version.
Do not treat a high score as a guarantee of performance or a low score as a complete account of someone’s ability. Understand scoring and benchmarks.
What about integrity and fairness?
Visual formats need accessible alternatives. Do not assume a low reading load removes all cultural or disability-related barriers.
Planned integrity settings include randomized items and browser-event evidence. Optional camera checks require notice and consent. The demo on this page runs locally and does not monitor you.
